Completion requirements


Questions related to your Grades, access to course material and content should be directed to your Course Instructor directly via the Student Cafeteria.

Please fill out the contact form by providing your full name and email address. Select the relevant office for your query, support, or general feedback from the drop-down menu options:

Academics: Questions about course instructors and course material/content unresolved with the instructor.

Accounts: Questions about payments.

Certificate Admission Office - Enrolments: Inquiries about new Certificate programs and courses for new students.

Certificate Program Office: General questions about Certificate courses for continuing students, certificate issuance, and related inquiries.

Student Services Office: Transcripts, course resit and retake instructions, and guidance for Degree courses.

Tech Helpdesk: Technical issues and concerns.
